Customers can join Maison Loyalty by downloading the MaisonOnline app (referred to as the Maison Loyalty app) and registering with their phone number. The same phone number must be used for the CHARLESKEITH.VN account to link the Maison Loyalty membership and enjoy applicable benefits.

Your Maison Loyalty membership tier is determined by your total spend at Maison (in-store and online) over the past 12 months:
Your membership tier is valid for 12 months from the date of your most recent tier change and will be renewed based on your total spend during the applicable 12-month cycle.
Membership is non-transferable and available only to registered customers. Charles & Keith Vietnam reserves the right to amend the Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions and terminate membership in cases of abuse or misuse of membership benefits.
The Loyalty Program will apply when you shop at Charles & Keith Vietnam and all brands at Maison.

Earn Coins
- Step 1: Download the MaisonOnline app and register using the same phone number registered with your CHARLESKEITH.VN.

- Step 3: Coins will be credited to your linked Charles & Keith Loyalty account within 30 days after the order is completed.
*Note: Guest customers can still earn Coins by using their registered Maison Loyalty phone number as the delivery phone number. Coins will be credited to the corresponding Maison Loyalty account after the order is completed. If you were previously a Charles & Keith Vietnam member, please ensure that the phone number used to register for Maison Loyalty is the same.
Redeem Coins
- Step 1: Open the MaisonOnline app
- Step 2: Go to Account → Offers → View available vouchers
- Step 3: Collect [ONLNE] VOUCHER CHARLESKEITH.VN
- Step 4: At checkout on CHARLESKEITH.VN, enter the phone number associated with the voucher and verify via SMS OTP.
- Step 5: Select and apply the voucher at checkout.

After you register for Maison Loyalty through the MaisonOnline app and link your website account using the same phone number, your membership benefits will be activated automatically.
You can enjoy applicable membership benefits as soon as your Loyalty membership is successfully linked to your MaisonOnline account.
No. The new tier benefits will apply to the next order after your membership tier has been upgraded.
Example: If you are currently a Premier member with total spend of 19,000,000 VND and make an additional purchase of 1,000,000 VND, your total spend will reach 20,000,000 VND and qualify you for Elite. However, the 1,000,000 VND order will only receive Premier benefits. Elite benefits will apply to the next order after your membership tier is upgraded.
Maison Loyalty benefits are currently valid only in Vietnam and can be used through eligible Maison channels and participating stores in Vietnam.
Your Maison Loyalty membership does not expire. However, your membership tier is reviewed and renewed every 12 months from the date you move to the tier, based on your total spend over the past 12 months.
You can easily check your membership tier, accumulated Coins and current benefits directly in the MaisonOnline app.

- Your current membership tier.
- Your accumulated Coins.
- The additional amount you need to spend to reach the next tier.
- Your Coins validity period.
- Detailed information and benefits for each membership tier.
Your membership tier, accumulated Coins and benefits will be updated according to your account status in the Maison Loyalty system.
- Earn Coins: Customers must log in to the MaisonOnline app within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive Maison Loyalty Coins.
- Coin earning rate: Spend VND 100,000 = 1 Coin for Premier members (x1). Higher-tier members earn Coins according to the multiplier applicable to their tier.
- Coin value: 1 Coin = VND 1,000 when redeemed.
- Coin redemption: Once Coins are redeemed for CHARLES & KEITH VN vouchers through the MaisonOnline app, the redeemed Coins will be deducted immediately. CHARLES & KEITH VN vouchers can only be applied to eligible orders on CHARLESKEITH.VN.
- Voucher usage: Only one voucher can be applied to each eligible order on CHARLESKEITH.VN. Vouchers cannot be combined or used more than once in the same transaction.
- Coin validity: Coins earned from January to December will expire on 31 December of the same year and cannot be exchanged for cash. For vouchers redeemed towards the end of the year, Coins earned in December may be redeemed for vouchers valid until 31 March of the following year.
- No cash redemption: Loyalty Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Account linking: The same phone number must be used for the CHARLESKEITH.VN account and the Maison Loyalty account.
